The Town Office is open Monday through Thursday, from 11 AM to 6 PM and by appointment on Fridays. (The different hours for Motor Vehicle Registrations can be found HERE.) If someone is available to help you, you'll see the "OPEN" sign in the window. Exceptions to these hours are possible by appointment.
We are happy to help you with all of your "Town" related questions, such as: communications with the Selectboard, accounts receivable/payable, building permits, tax maps, ordinances, and any other general questions you may have.
The Town Office provides notary services to Shelburne residents free of charge, during business hours. Non-residents will be charged a fee according to the document being notarized. Please call the office if you have further questions.

As well as being the gathering place for the annual Town Meeting every March, the Hall is also used throughout the year for other various assemblies, hearings, and meetings.
The Hall has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, plenty of parking, and may be rented out for events. Please fill out and return the TOWN HALL RENTAL APPLICATION. If approved by the Board, your event will be considered conditional and after receipt of the event fee in full, your event will be confirmed by the Town Office. Please call the office for more information.
